Live-In Complex Care

Live-in Complex care is an around-the-clock home care service for people with complex needs, enabling them to remain at home while receiving the required care. Your live-in carer will come to live with you so that all your needs are fulfilled throughout the day so that you can maintain your independence as much as possible.

All our complex live-in care plans are nurse-led and clinically governed by a team of highly skilled nurses, to ensure your needs are managed appropriately and met promptly, safely and effectively.

All our live-in complex care plans involve competent and certified nurses who will manage your care plan and make sure that you receive the best care. The Registered Complex Care Nurse will review your care plan every 6 months or when needed to ensure that your live-in carer provides you with the best quality of care for your needs. Moreover, our nurses will attend every 10 days to review your care for any changes in your condition, behaviour, and general health to ensure your care plan and risk assessments are up to date.

Many individuals benefit greatly from having the one-to-one, 24-hour care and attention that our live-in complex care at-home service provides, something that you might struggle to receive if you decide to move into a care or nursing home.

Our nurse team along with your live-in carer will make sure that all your needs and requirements are met.  Our nurses will conduct a full clinical assessment of your needs to ensure your carer has the appropriate skills and bespoke training to meet your needs so that you can lead a fulfilling life in the familiar surroundings of your home.
