My name is Victoria Leecy, and I am the Operations Manager and Registered Manager at Alcedo Care. With a decade of experience in health and social care, I have developed a comprehensive skill set working across various settings, including children’s homes, rehabilitation centres, support units, care homes and home care, serving both children and adults.

In my role, I oversee a wide range of areas, including mental health work, complex care and clinical care for children with learning disabilities. My work is supported by a team of skilled nurses, allowing us to address intricate care needs and implement effective clinical interventions tailored to everyone.

I am deeply passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care and am dedicated to going the extra mile for both staff and clients. My goal is to make a significant impact, especially in areas with limited support.

At Alcedo Care, I benefit from the resources and support provided, including guidance from our nursing team, which enables me to achieve the best possible outcomes for my team, our clients, and my own professional growth.

Outside of work, I am a devoted mother to two boys. I cherish spending quality time with my family, particularly at our caravan, where we create lasting memories together.
