Promoting Dementia Awareness
We are hosting this Time for a Cuppa event to promote awareness of dementia and to raise awareness of how it effects not only the person suffering dementia, but also how it impacts on their family members and friends.
Award Winning Dementia Care
Alcedo Care Bury delivers award winning dementia care and we want people to know that they are not alone and help is available, whether it be short term respite for a few hours, or regular support on a day to day basis.
Dementia UK’s Annual Tea Party
Time for a Cuppa is Dementia UK’s annual tea party fundraising event. It is the perfect occasion to get together with friends and family over a cuppa and some cake, while raising money to help more families receive the life-changing support of dementia specialist Admiral Nurses.
Come and Join Us on 7th May!
Alcedo Care would like you to come and join in, enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake, and find out more about dementia and how to live with this debilitating disease. And if you have any questions regarding dementia and the care available, we will be happy to have a cuppa and chat it through with you.
We will have cakes, tea and coffee, and games with prizes for the winners! Any donations received on the day will go directly to supporting Dementia UK.
