The Alcedo Care Wigan & St Helens Home Care Team celebrated Christmas Jumper Day this year by spreading some Christmas cheer with their home care clients, wearing their festive wooly pulleys!
Save the Children
Christmas Jumper Day is an annual fundraising campaign organised by the charity Save the Children.
On a specific Friday every December, people are encouraged to make the world better by wearing a festive wooly pulley and making a small donation to raise funds for Save the Children.

Alcedo Care supports Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day every year and is looking forward to showing off some even brighter festive jumpers next year.
