As each of your client’s requirements are unique and personal to them, Alcedo Care offers a choice of bespoke short term and longer term 1 to 1 care packages to cater for your client’s individual needs.
Safety of Clients
1 to 1 care can improve a client’s safety, helping to reduce the incidence of injury to themselves and others. It can also be therapeutic and engaging, while reducing the client’s emotional distress and improving their sense of wellbeing, as well as offering a level of companionship.
Alcedo 1 to 1 carers are regularly provided to ensure the safety of clients who may be suffering from a range of different impairments, such as cognitive and sensory impairments and dementia, as well as for clients who suffer perception and motor impairments, as experienced within the wide range of autism spectrum disorders.
Alcedo also provides 1 to 1 care home staff for clients requiring palliative and end of life care. In such cases it is our aim to make the client as comfortable as possible, helping them to manage pain while improving not only the quality of their lives, but also where possible, the lives of those closest to them.

Alcedo Care has an excellent working relationship with local authorities and we are happy to deal directly with them on your behalf, to provide your establishment with a much-needed additional member of staff.
